Poster Instructions
Technical Instructions
- The Poster Area is located on the Kleiner Saal of Die Glocke.
- Posters will be organized according to the paper ID numbers.
- Posters must be prepared in PORTRAIT style (please DO NOT prepare a landscape poster). The recommended dimensions (for a good legibility) are 84.1 × 118.9 cm wide. (format A0). Do NOT exceed the overall dimensions of the poster board (180 cm high by 97 cm wide).
- Posters should be attached to the boards (carpet material) with velcro stickers, which will be supplied by the organisers.
- Fixing material (velcro stickers, pins, etc.) will be available in the Posters Area.

Other Information
We kindly ask the presenters to remove their posters right after the session preferably before 18:00 otherwise they will be removed and discarded.
Poster presenters are requested to be available by their posters during the entire poster session to present their work and to answer questions from conference participants.
Poster Printing
For poster printing in Bremen, you can visit Printing Shop Otto Landwehr at www.reprolandwehr.de.
How to proceed
- Prepare your poster: Make sure your poster is in the required digital format (bmp, doc, docx, gif, pdf, png, tif accepted, not more than 50 MB).
- Upload online: Upload your poster directly to the Otto Landwehr website using this link: www.reprolandwehr.de/druckauftrag-upload/. Provide Name, e-mail, telephone and a message, e.g. ISPSD. Check terms & conditions accepted and then submit (Nachricht schicken).
- The printed poster is ready about 60 minutes after upload.
- Pick up the printed poster and pay at the shop (address and opening hours see below).
Pricing
A poster-sized A0 typically costs around 20 EUR.

How to get there?
Take Tram Line 6 towards the University and alight at the stop "Am Stern". From there, the shop is just a short 200-meter walk to the south west away.
