Call for Late News
A very limited number of LATE NEWS PAPERS will be accepted for presentation at the ISPSD2024 conference. This is an excellent opportunity for authors to announce most recent developments of an exceptional quality level, which were not available at the time of the regular abstract submission deadline (download the call for papers here).

LATE NEWS PAPER SUBMISSION
- Papers must be submitted online in final form (see below)
- Accepted papers will be published without further modifications
- Late paper submission deadline (incl. copyright form) is 8 March 2024
- Author notification will be sent out by 22 March 2024

Paper Specifications
- PDF file MUST be IEEE Xplore compliant
- Paper Length: Maximum 4 pages, including figures, tables & references
- Paper Size: A4 (210 mm × 297 mm)
- Use our template to meet the formatting requirements
- Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file. No Type 3 fonts allowed.
- File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)
- Allowed File Size: 5.0 MB
- Do NOT page number your paper
- Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.
- Note: Deviations from the above paper specifications could result in removal of your accepted paper from the proceedings.
- IEEE policy requires you to file a copyright release for each accepted submission. Without a copyright release on file, your paper CANNOT be published.
- REMINDER: In order for a manuscript to be published in the symposium proceedings, it is required that the presenting author registers for and attends the symposium to deliver the oral or poster presentation. It is strongly recommended that the paper’s first author be the presenter, although a co-author may serve in this role if the first author is unavailable.
- IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.
